Payment can now be made only by CHECK for either one or both events.  Deadline for pre-registration on this website is JULY 28th.  Payment may also be paid by CASH on the day of the event at the check-in table but we need an RSVP so that we can best manage both events.  Please make your RSVP when placing your order or send us a message on the "Contact Page".

  1. Friday Night Meet & Greet

    Olcott Yacht Club, Water Street, Olcott.

    A casual affair on the patio by the water.  Appetizers will include mini beef on wick and Buffalo chicken wings.  PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE BEFORE JULY 14TH if paying by credit card online.  Personal checks may be mailed until August 1st.

  2. Saturday Main Dinner Tickets

    80 Main Banquet & Catering (Lock 34 Bar & Grill)

    The main event will feature a buffet dinner.  A cash bar will be available starting at 6 pm with dinner scheduled at 7 pm. Music DJ by Mark McKernan.  A trivia game by Lauren Butler (Dane) will be played.  PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE BEFORE JULY 14TH if paying by credit card online.  Personal checks may be mailed until August 1st.
